Season Ticket 2020-2021 Information Page

 


Dear Season Ticket Holder,

Due to COVID-19 we are only releasing a few shows at a time. Our hope is that when COVID-19 improves we will be able to produce larger scale productions.

Please read through the following information carefully!

As a previous 2019-2020 Season Ticket holder, you have been grandfathered in through August of 2021, meaning you will be able to purchase tickets at the season ticket rate to shows we produce through that time. We are currently operating at 38% capacity due to physical distancing requirements. Because of this the “Same Seat Plan” is not currently available, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred seats will be available. We’ll do our best to accommodate your seating preferences. Additionally, only a limited number of season tickets are available for each show. If we sell out of Season Tickets before we can fulfill your request we will contact you. Season Tickets are available on a first come first serve basis. Please fill out the Reservation Form to get your tickets! We will not be taking phone or in person reservations at this time. Please allow the box office 2 weeks processing time to fulfill your request.
 


 

 
 
 
 

 

Frequently Asked Questions


When will the rest of the shows be released?

We do not yet know. The release and show selection for Spring/Summer 2021 is dependent on what COVID restrictions are necessary. We do hope to bring back Brigadoon and Beauty and the Beast if it is safe to have large musical productions by then.
 

Can I use the credit I have from performances that were cancelled last year?

Yes. On the Season Ticket form we will ask you if you have unused credit from last year. The dollar amount you have in credit does not expire, so even if you aren’t planning to return until 2022 or later you will still be able to use credit at that time.
 

What if I do not wish to see any of these performances?

No problem! You’re grandfathered in as a season ticket holder through August 2021. If you do not wish to see any of the shows we have to offer, you can wait until more shows are announced.
 

If these performances are cancelled or postponed will I get a refund?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for cancelled performances. If performances are cancelled again due to COVID, any money paid will be credited to a non-expiring gift card for use towards future purchases.
 

Can I buy season tickets online?

Not at this time. Season tickets to any of our upcoming productions must be purchased through the Box Office. Please fill out the form through the link below, if the current date is before November 21st, or you can call the box office if the current date is past November 21st.
 

What precautions are in place due to COVID?

Please click here for a full list of the precautions we have in place. At present, our most notable precautions include: 

  • Face mask/coverings required for ALL attendees at all times during your visit, no exceptions. 
  • Every other row will be left empty in addition to two seats being left empty between each party.
  • Physical distancing observed in all line queues. 
  • Enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place.
 
If I was not a season ticket holder last year, can I buy season tickets now?

Unfortunately we will not be selling new season tickets plans at this time. General Admission tickets go on sale beginning November 23rd, 2020.
