Season Ticket 2020-2021 Information Page

 


Dear Season Ticket Holder,

Please read through the following information carefully!

As a previous 2019-2020 Season Ticket holder, you have been grandfathered in through August of 2021, meaning you will be able to purchase tickets at the season ticket rate to shows we produce through that time. We are currently operating at 38% capacity due to physical distancing requirements. Because of this the “Same Seat Plan” is not currently available, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred seats will be available. We’ll do our best to accommodate your seating preferences. Additionally, only a limited number of season tickets are available for each show. If we sell out of Season Tickets before we can fulfill your request we will contact you. Season Tickets are available on a first come first serve basis. Please fill out the Reservation Form to get your tickets! We will not be taking phone or in person reservations at this time. Please allow the box office 2 weeks processing time to fulfill your request.
 


 

 
 
 
 




 


 

Frequently Asked Questions


Can I use the credit I have from performances that were cancelled last year?

Yes. On the Season Ticket form we will ask you if you have unused credit from last year. The dollar amount you have in credit does not expire, so even if you aren’t planning to return until 2022 or later you will still be able to use the dollar amount on your gift card credit at that time.
 

What if I do not wish to see any of these performances?

No problem! In a few months we plan to release our full 2021-2022 Season. Id you do not wish to see any of the shows we have to offer right now, you can renew your season tickets when the next season becomes available!
 

If these performances are cancelled or postponed will I get a refund?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for cancelled performances. If performances are cancelled again due to COVID, any money paid will be credited to a non-expiring gift card for use towards future purchases.
 

Can I buy season tickets online?

Not at this time. Season tickets to any of our upcoming productions must be purchased through the Box Office by filling out the form through the link below. You may call the box office to make reservations after February 8th.
 

When will the new season for 2021-2022 be released?

We do not yet know exactly when, but the release of 2021-2022 Season is planned for in the next few months. We are still planning to bring back shows like Brigadoon and Beauty and the Beast that were cancelled due to COVID-19.
 

What precautions are in place due to COVID?

Please click here for a full list of the precautions we have in place. At present, our most notable precautions include: 

  • Face mask/coverings required for ALL attendees at all times during your visit, no exceptions. 
  • Every other row will be left empty in addition to two seats being left empty between each party.
  • Physical distancing observed in all line queues. 
  • Enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place.
 
If I was not a season ticket holder last year, can I buy season tickets now?

Unfortunately we will not be selling new season tickets plans at this time. General Admission tickets go on sale beginning February 8th, 2021.
