Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the theater, however bottled water —with a cap — is permitted. Cameras and/or recording devices of any kind are prohibited with the exception of authorized press. Please turn off all cellular phones.
We request that you respect the performers and other patrons by staying in your seat until the house lights come up, refrain from chatting with other patrons, texting and not touching or moving any objects on the set.

Prices vary per show, but they generally cost:
• General Tickets $30
(Student ID is required)
(parties of 10 or more)

• Sales tax is already included in the cost of your ticket.
• The fee for an on-line ticket purchase is $1.50 per ticket.
• There are no added fees when purchasing tickets by telephone or at the box office.
• There is no charge if you leave your ticket at Will Call or have them emailed to you.
• Up to six single event tickets may be mailed via the US Post Office for $2.00.
• You may elect US Post Office Priority Mail for $5.50
• Season tickets are $5.00 per order form.
• Gift cards are mailed by US Post Office at $2 or via Priority mail for $5.50.
We are unable to offer credits, refunds or exchanges for missed performances.
You may exchange your ticket for another performance of the same show only if you give us 24-hours advance notice. We can’t promise similar seats.
All ticket sales are final. We can’t offer refunds but you my exchange your ticket for another performance of the same show provided you give the theater 24-hours advanced notice.
Transferring Tickets Between Productions
Tickets cannot be transferred from one production to another.
Same seats are not guaranteed for special engagement shows.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
• Children under 5 are not admitted into the theater.
• Babies in arms are not allowed in the theater.

Performances and artists subject to change without notice.
Season Ticket Policy
• The number of special engagement tickets ordered must match the number of subscribers on your order form.
• Additional special engagement tickets are full price.
• There is a $5.00 service fee per order form.
Cancellation of Performances
In the unlikely event a performance is cancelled, Hale will reschedule patrons to another performance of the same show and make every effort to contact patrons to advise them of the change.
On Valentine's Day and the New Year's Eve performances, the Hale Centre Theatre provides desserts, party favors, and non-alcoholic beverages. These special event tickets are $16 more than regular ticket prices. This additional charge applies to season ticket holders who choose to attend on special event nights.
In many instances our Box Office can reprint lost tickets at no additional charge. Tickets would be issued to the original purchaser, with valid ID, and kept at Will Call.
Tickets Required for all Patrons
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and sit in a separate seat of their own. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the theater.
Family Friendly Shows
Although we strive to make every show family friendly some performances are not recommended for children. Please consult the Box Office if you have any concerns regarding material appropriate for children.

HCT collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, address or telephone number. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by HCT. This information is used by HCT for the operation of the service and to provide general statistics regarding use of the HCT website. HCT keeps track of the websites and pages our customers visit within HCT.
In order to join HCT’s email list, one must complete the registration form. Name and email information are required. When signing up for email, you’ll receive our email newsletters, account updates and special offers sent to you by HCT.
Our online, telephone and walk-up window purchasing procedures will automatically set up an account for you to receive promotional materials from us by mail, telephone or email.
Security of your Personal Information
HCT secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
HCT will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in the statement.
