Ticket Policies & Box Office Information

Theater

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the theater, however bottled water — with a cap — is permitted. Cameras and/or recording devices of any kind are prohibited with the exception of authorized press. Please turn off all cellular phones.

We request that you respect the performers and other patrons by staying in your seat until the house lights come up, refrain from chatting with other patrons, texting and touching or moving any objects on the set.

General Showtimes*

  • Matinees - 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM
  • Evenings - 7:30 PM
  • *Showtimes for A Christmas Carol vary.

Ticket Pricing – Subject to Change without Notice

Prices vary per show, but they generally cost (based on 2023-2024 season):

  • General Admission Tickets start at $48
  • Youth tickets start at $35 (Ages 5-17. Under 5 not admitted.)
  • Groups $38 (parties of 10 or more, some dates excluded)

Service Fees

  • Sales tax is already included in the cost of your ticket.
  • The fee for an on-line ticket purchase is $4.00 per ticket.
  • There are no added fees when purchasing tickets by telephone or at the box office.
  • There is no charge if you leave your ticket at Will Call or have them emailed to you.
  • Up to six single event tickets may be mailed via the US Post Office for $2.00.
  • You may elect US Post Office Priority Mail for $10.
  • Season tickets have a $6.00 fee per order form.
  • Gift cards are mailed by US Post Office at $2 or via Priority mail for $10.

Missed Performances

We are unable to offer credits, refunds or exchanges for missed performances.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange your ticket for another performance of the same show only if you give us 24-hours advance notice. We can’t promise similar seats.

No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We can’t offer refunds but you my exchange your ticket for another performance of the same show provided you give the theater 24-hours advanced notice.

Transferring Tickets Between Productions

Tickets cannot be transferred from one production to another.

3rd Party Ticket Purchases

Hale Centre Theatre strongly recommends that tickets be purchased directly from HCT (in person, over the phone or at www.haletheatrearizona.com). HCT is not responsible for the validity of tickets, or prices paid, for tickets purchased through third party sources such as eBay, Craigslist, Vivid Seats, ticket brokers or others. HCT reserves the right to not honor tickets purchased from third party sources which are determined, in HCT’s sole opinion, to have been altered, duplicated or counterfeited.

Latecomers

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Children Policy

  • Children under 5 years old, including babies will not be admitted into the theater.
  • Lap sitting is not permitted. Each person attending must have their own ticket.

Pet Policy

No pets are allowed into the theater. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.

Change of Show

Performances and artists subject to change without notice.

Season Ticket Policy

  • Subscribers must attend at least 5 main stage shows to qualify for the Season Ticket/FlexPASS discount.
  • Additional tickets to shows already in your Season Ticket bundle are full price.
  • Shows in our Concert Series do not qualify for Season Ticket pricing.
  • There is a $6.00 service fee per order form.

Cancellation of Performances

In the unlikely event a performance is cancelled, Hale will reschedule patrons to another performance and make every effort to contact patrons to advise them of the change.

Special Events

On Valentine's Day and the New Year's Eve performances, the Hale Centre Theatre provides desserts, party favors, and non-alcoholic beverages. Special event tickets cost more than regular ticket. This additional charge applies to season ticket holders who choose to attend on special event nights.

Lost Tickets

In many instances our Box Office can reprint lost tickets at no additional charge. Tickets would be issued to the original purchaser, with valid ID, and kept at Will Call.

Tickets Required for all Patrons

Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and sit in a separate seat of their own. Children under the age of 5 (including babies) are not permitted in the theater.

Family Friendly Shows

Although we strive to make every show family friendly some performances are not recommended for children. Please consult the Box Office if you have any concerns regarding material appropriate for children.

Purchasing Services

Our online, telephone and walk-up window purchasing procedures will automatically set up an account for you to receive promotional materials from us by mail, telephone or email. You may unsubscribe from emails at anytime.

Security of your Personal Information

HCT secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Informational Use

HCT will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in the statement.
