Wheelchair-Accessible & Limited Mobility Seating
Mainstage
Elevator available to access seats on second floor. Pelase seek assistance from the House Manager.
- Wheelchair seats: North J5, J7, J10, J12 , South Balcony A2, A3. These are regular theater seats that can be removed if needed to make room for wheelchair, or transferred into.
- Companion seats: North J4, J6, J11, J13, South Balcony A1, A4. North J4 and J 13 cannot be removed for an additional wheelchair.
- Transfer seats: North J1-3, J14-16. These seats are non-removable.
Concert Hall
Elevator available to access seats on second floor. Pelase seek assistance from the House Manager.
- Wheelchair seats: East A4, A5 , South A4, A5, West A10. These are regular theater seats that can be removed if needed to make room for wheelchair, or transferred into.
- Companion/Transfer seats: East A3, A6, South A3, A6, West A9. These seats cannot be removed to accommodate a wheelchair.
- Transfer seats: East A 1-3, A 6-9, South A 1-3, A6, West A1-9. These seats are non-removeable.
All stairs and aisles have hand rails in reach.

Deaf or Hard of Hearing Access
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)
Our ALDs provide high-quality sound amplification during performances.Borrow a receiver from us:
- Visit the Box Office prior to the performance or at Intermission.
- Borrow a hearing device (requires a photo ID or driver's license. Will be returned at the end of the show or once finished with device).
- Plug in your own headphones, or borrow a set from us (over-the-head headphones or earbuds available for us. Limited stock. First come-first served)
- Hearing Aids can be worn with over-the-head headphones if desired
- Automatically connected. Power on and Adjust volume easily with the + / – dial located on the top right corner of device.
American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreted Performances (Mainstage)
- ASL interpretation for the deaf or hard of hearing is available for specific performances. To allow the best experience possible, patrons requiring these services must sit in specific seats.
- Reserved section in the East side of the theater with 2 interpreters seated in front of the stage. Please contact the Box Office at (480) 497-1181 or email the Box Office at [email protected] to assist with ASL seating.
- To request ASL interpretation for another date, please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance (subject to interpreter availability and available seating).
Service Animals
ADA-recognized service animals are welcome
- Pets that are not trained to be service animals are not allowed inside. Emotional support, therapy, or comfort are not considered service animals.
- Service animals must remain at the handler’s feet or under their seat.
- Animals may not occupy seats or block aisles
- Please contact the Box Office at (480) 497–1181 in advance if you have any additional questions or needs for your service animal.
- Upon arrival, please check in with the House Manager at the Box Office if you are attending with a service animal. This allows our team to notify performers in case actors make entrances from the audience area, helping to avoid startling them or your animal.
