MEET THE CAST OF FOOTLOOSE
	Connor Wince Ren McCormack Connor Wince is excited to be back at Hale where he was last seen in Annie. Connor is a broadcast journalism student at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at ASU with a specialization in business journalism, a double major in political science and a minor in business. He would like to thank the cast and everyone involved in this fantastic show.
	Jacqueline Brecker Ariel Moore Jacqueline Brecker is ecstatic to be in her first production with Hale! She is a NYA winner and ariZoni nominated actress for her performances as The Drowsy Chaperone in The Drowsy Chaperone, and has been NYA nominated for several other roles including Thoroughly Modern Millie (Millie) and Once on This Island (Asaka). Recent credits include Little Shop of Horrors (Chiffon) at QCPAC, and Legally Blonde (Serena) at Studio 3 Arts.
	BRandon Zale Reverend Shaw Moore Brandon Zale is a recent Chicago transplant. Professional credits include Assassins (Czolgosz), The Music Man (Ensemble), Forever Plaid (Frankie), I Hate Hamlet (Andrew), Lend Me a Tenor (Max), and the Jeff Award-winning Chicago production of Ragtime (Willie). He’s been in numerous local commercials. Offstage he teaches music and theatre at Tesseract School in Paradise Valley. He has a BFA from Millikin University. Brandon is represented by the Leighton Agency. He thanks his wife Jenny for her support.
	Brandi bigley Vi Moore Brandi Bigley was last seen in Hale's 9 to 5 (Violet Newstead) and is grateful to Cambrian, Mickey, David and Corrin for inviting her back for Footloose! Favorite roles: Grey Gardens (Little Edie) and West Side Story (Anita) both earning ariZoni Awards with Tempe Little Theatre (RIP) as well as Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Muriel Eubanks) and Ragtime (Evelyn Nesbit) with Mesa Encore Theatre. “Love to mom, g'ma Ann, the banana(s) and Jamie!"
	Kate E. Cook Rusty Kate E. Cook is delighted to be back at Hale! She was recently seen as Ado Annie in Oklahoma, and Joan in Dames at Sea. Favorite roles include Damn Yankees (Gloria Thorpe, ariZoni award winner), Beauty and the Beast (Belle), Hairspray (Penny) and Guys and Dolls (Adelaide). Thank you to Cambrian, Dave and Corrin, and Mickey for this opportunity! Lots of love to her crazy family for always supporting her!
	Sarah Bartley Urleen Sarah Bartley is originally from Denver, Colorado and is excited to make her Hale Theatre debut! She will be a senior BFA Musical Theatre major at The University of Arizona this fall. Previous roles in the Arizona Repertory Theatre include Oklahoma (Ensemble), The Man Who Came To Dinner (Mrs. McCutcheon), and Nine (Annabella). She thanks her parents, supportive friends, Cambrian, and God for their love, guidance, and knowledge throughout this incredible journey.
	Audrey Sullivan Wendy Jo Audrey Sullivan is excited to be returning to the Hale after a four year hiatus. She was last seen in Princess and the Pea and in Beauty and the Beast (Silly Girl). Audrey is a Theatre Education major with a minor in dance at the University of Northern Colorado. She will be a student teacher at Mesquite High School in August and will graduate from UNC in December.
	Marlena Jeffery Mary Lou Marlena Jeffery is very excited about her first performance with the Hale Centre Theatre. She has been in many shows including Annie (2006), Hello Dolly (2007), Peter Pan and Wendy (2007), Once Upon a Mattress (2008), Check, Please (2009), Urinetown (2009), You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (2009), High School Musical (Gabriella, 2010), Lucky Stiff (2011), Meet the Brandy’s (Playwright/Director 2011), and All Shook Up (Choreographer/performer, 2012).
	Harley Barton Mary Ann Harley Barton is ecstatic to return to Hale after her debut in 9 to 5 as Female Ensemble. Favorite recent roles include: You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown (Lucy), Fiddler on the Roof (Chava), Legally Blonde (Pilar), The Little Mermaid (Ursula), How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (Featured Dancer), and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Naphtali). A BIG thank you to her family for always supporting her as she fulfills her dream!
	Grace Kirkpatrick Mary Lynn Grace Kirkpatrick is entering into her junior year at the University of Arizona as a BFA Acting major. She was recently seen as Puck in Arizona Repertory Theatre's A Midsummer Night's Dream. She says “Thank you” to Mom and Dad for their loving support and encouragement and to this wonderful cast and crew of Footloose!
	Heidi-Liz Johnson Heather/Eleanor Dunbar Heidi Liz Johnson loves being part of the remarkable casts at Hale Theatre where she was in 9 to 5 (Missy Hart/Ensemble) and A Christmas Carol (Fred’s Wife). Other roles in A Comedy of Errors (Adriana/VCHS), Beauty and the Beast (Belle/VCHS), and Hairspray (Prudy/VYT) are among her most memorable theater experiences. Thanks to Cambrian, Mickey, and the Dietleins for this amazing opportunity to return to the Hale stage, and to her family for their unlimited encouragement.
	Danny Karapetian Willard Hewitt Danny Karapetian an NYCDA graduate, is back for his twelfth HCT production. Recent Hale credits: Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Damn Yankees. He portrayed Fyedka (Fiddler on the Roof), Pierre (How I Became a Pirate), Professor (South Pacific) and Stanley (Flat Stanley) at the Palms Theatre where he will be Fred Gailey in Miracle on 34th Street this Christmas. Thanks to the cast, crew, friends, family, and Stephen for love and support. This show is for Becca.
	Lee Pitts Jeter Lee Pitts is happy to return to Hale after appearing in 9 to 5! Other local credits include Ragtime, National Pastime, and Big at Theater Works, A Christmas Carol with Southwest Shakespeare Company, and Forum at Desert Foothills Theater. Regional credits include: The Last Five Years, Into the Woods, Cinderella, Cabaret, Fiddler on the Roof, Kiss Me, Kate, Annie Get Your Gun. His many television credits include Desperate Housewives and General Hospital. Love to Alastair.
	Nate Dutson Garvin Nate Dutson is ecstatic to be performing at Hale for the 4^th time this year. Favorite roles include Les Miserables (Grantaire), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Simeon), The Sound of Music (Friedrich Von Trapp) and Willy Wonka (Willy Wonka) with Copperstar Repertory Co. Other credits include: Hairspray (Sketch), Oklahoma (Joe), 9 to 5 (Intern/Orderly) with Hale, Christmas Dreams (Thomas) with Counterpoint and Hairspray (IQ) with QCCT. Thanks to family and friends for continued love and support!
	Bransen Gates Bickle Bransen Gates is back in Arizona for his third summer at Hale where he performed in the summer of 2013 in Hairspray , and the summer of 2012 in Bye Bye Birdie . Arizona credits: Footloose (Ren/ariZoni nomination), Spring Awakening (Otto), Godspell (Judas/ariZoni nomination), The Wiz (Tinman/ ariZoni Award). Bransen is a sophomore at The Boston Conservatory pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre. Shout out to Rhetta and Hannah for being fierce, to his family, and to Cambrian. For Damon.
	Matt Drui Chuck Cranston Matt Drui is thrilled to be making his Hale Theatre debut in Footloose! Originally from Seattle, Matt will be graduating from CRAS in August 2014. In the past 3 years Matt has traveled all over the US performing as a professional Springboard/High Diver. Some High Dive credits include NASCAR, America’s Got Talent and, Busch Gardens, VA. Thanks to God, family, and his amazing girlfriend, Melissa, for making him audition for the show!
	Vinny Chavez Travis Vinny Chavez is happy to be performing at Hale again! Previous roles here include 9 to 5 (Dwayne), Dames at Sea (Dick), and last summer’s Hairspray (Ensemble). Other credits: Fatboy (Tenant/Prosecutor), Pygmalion (Freddy), Seussical (Cat in the Hat), and Cash on Delivery (Jenkins). He holds a BA in Theater from ASU. Special thanks to Cambrian, Dave and Corrin Dietlein, friends and family for their unconditional love and support, and to Jeff.
	Nicholas Fernandez Lyle Nick Fernandez is 21 years and pleased to be making his second appearance at Hale Theatre. He studied theatre at GCU and performed in shows including The Boy Friend (Bobby) and Amahl and the Night Visitors (Ensemble). Favorite roles include West Side Story (Bernardo), Legally Blonde, the Musical (Sundeep Padamadan), and Hairspray (Fender). Special thanks to Cambrian for his vision and the cast for making this incredible show possible.
	Jennifer Whiting Ethel McCormack Jennifer Whiting is an Arizona native who is happy to return to Hale. Her numerous credits include The Secret Garden (Lily), Footloose (Vi Moore), Brigadoon (Fiona/Meg; ariZoni award for Meg), She Loves Me (Amalia), Kiss Me, Kate (Kate), The Sound Of Music (Mother Abbess; ariZoni award). Jennifer has music directed numerous productions and is the owner of a thriving private voice & piano studio. Much love to her kids for their love & support.
	Tina khalil Aunt Lulu Warnicker/Irene/Betty Blast Tina Khalil is thrilled to be back on the Hale stage after recently closing 9 to 5: the Musical (Maria) . Favorite roles: Bye Bye Birdie (Rose, ariZoni nom/MET Best Actress Award), Schmulnik’s Waltz (Minnie, ariZoni nomination), Company (Marta), Rent (Maureen), Carrie (Miss Gardner) and Seussical (Mayzie LaBird). National Tours: Veggie Tales (Bob the Tomato) and Arthur (D.W.) Thank you to Cambrian, Mickey, Dave and Corrin for challenging her with these amazing, fun roles.
	Matthew R. Harris Uncle Wes Warnicker/Principal/Cop Matthew Harris is thrilled to be back at Hale where he appeared in 9 to 5 (Rick/Detective). Other stage credits include Auntie Mame (Patrick Dennis), And Then There Were None (Philip Lombard), Into the Woods (Cinderella's Prince), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Trevor), Wrong Window (Jeff), and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Pseudolus). To cast/crew: "Thanks for all the laughs!" To Mom, Dad, family, and friends: "I Love You ALL!!!”
	Julian-Sebastian peÑa Coach Dunbar Julian Peña is thrilled to return to Hale for his 6th show! This ariZoni nominated, full-time performer’s been on many stages: Phoenix Metropolitan Opera, Arizona Broadway Theater, Book no Book Productions, Mesa Encore Theatre, Desert Stages Theater, Scottsdale Musical Theater Company, and CGCC and SCC. Julian toured with Los Angeles Master Chorale, Orpheus Male Chorus of Phoenix, and the Spire Chorus. He won 1st place (Musical Theater) and 3rd place (Classical) in the Artist of Promise Competition.
	CAMBRIAN JAMES Director/Choreographer Cambrian James is well-known for his versatile staging at theaters throughout the Valley and nationally, Cambrian is a multi-award winning director and choreographer for his work in productions such as Damn Yankees, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Crazy For You. He has also enjoyed a long career as an actor and dancer in plays such as Annie (Daddy Warbucks), Crazy For You (Bobby Child), and in The King and I (the King), and most recently in Hale’s production of Hairspray (Edna Turnblad). Thanks Dave, Corrin, Mickey, Kelly and Laszlo, and especially this very talented cast for their hard work.
	MICKEY BRYCE Music Director Mickey Bryce returns to Hale Theatre with Footloose. His credits include Titanic, Oklahoma, My Fair Lady, Fiddler on the Roof, Hello Dolly, Camelot, The Odd Couple, The Music Man, Godspell, Brigadoon, A Christmas Story, A Christmas Carol, and 1776. Recipient of six ariZoni Awards, he holds degrees in music education, church music, and conducting, and is currently on the adjunct faculty of MCC. Michael is the pastor of Centerstage Church in Mesa where he lives with his wonderful wife, Ellen.
